Once you have decided on the items to order, please press the "ADD TO CART" button.

Once items are added to the shopping cart, please check the product name, price, and quantity in the cart.
If you want to change the quantity, please enter the desired quantity.
If you want to delete a product, please press the "Delete" button.
If your order details are correct, please press the "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Please enter your email address as contact information.
Please enter the shipping address.
If the entered information is correct, please press the "Shipping Method" button.

If the delivery address input is correct, please select the delivery method from "Delivery Method."
We will deliver by Yamato Transport, Japan Post, or UPS.

Please select your payment method.
You can choose from the following payment methods.
・Credit card payment: You can use VISA, MASTER, AMERICAN EXPRESS cards, or SHOP PAY, GOOGLE PAY.

You can use VISA, MASTER, and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.
For credit card payment, select "Credit Card" on the payment screen and enter your credit card information.
Payment is by lump sum only.
To prevent unauthorized use of credit cards, please enter the security code. The security code is the 3-digit number printed on the back of Visa and Master cards. For American Express, it is the 4-digit number printed on the front.

Framing and packaging may take time depending on the work. Delivery will be from one week to one month from the order date.
*The year-end and New Year holidays will be from December 28, 2024, to January 5, 2025.

Procedures vary depending on the status of your order arrangement. Please be sure to check the status of your order arrangement from "Purchase History" on My Page.

Changes or Cancellations Before Product Shipment
If the order status is "Not shipped" and you wish to change or cancel your order, please contact us via the inquiry form or by phone with your order number. For phone calls, please be sure to contact us during business hours.
"Changes or cancellations after product shipment"
If the order status is "Shipped," the delivery process has already started, so changes or cancellations cannot be accepted. Please understand in advance.

Returns or exchanges due to customer convenience after order completion are not accepted.
If the product you received differs from your order, or if there is damage, dirt, or a quality defect, please contact us by phone or inquiry form within 3 business days of product arrival.
If there is a quality defect, please return all packaging materials and accessories at the time of delivery. Once returned, we will inspect the items. If returned for the above reasons after payment, a refund will be issued after inspection. We cannot respond to inquiries about returns or exchanges after more than 3 business days from product arrival.

Anyone can register as a member for free.
By registering and ordering products, you can skip entering your address for future purchases. You can also change the delivery address.
You can view your order history on My Page.
Also, if you want to use member-only services when placing an order, membership registration is required.

You can log in to My Page and change your registration information.

If you forget your login password, please click "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reissue your password.

You can withdraw by clicking the "Withdraw" button in My Page. Please note that once you withdraw, you will no longer be able to use member-only services.

Please note that you cannot re-register with the same email address after withdrawing, and account reissuance is not possible.
